About Karin Eisermann

Karin Eisermann

 Karin Eisermann was born and raised in Germany, where she worked briefly as a costume designer for the theatre and film industry. She came to the United States, in the summer of 1981, where she used her education as an art and history teacher, while raising two boys, teaching decorative painting out of her own studio and in a craft store,as well as pastel painting at the art association in Oberlin.She also run her own art supply store in Ohio. She dedicated her artistic life to fine art, oil and pastel, after moving to the Chicago area. She has taught art there for many years as a freelance teacher for the South Shore Art Association in Munster, IN She lives now in Punta Gorda, FL She participated in many group shows and had quite...
